SERVICE NOTE AND REMARK

 
 

1.

The currency is in Sterling. Any one of director who are the residence in Northern Ireland, Great Britain, Isle of Man and Channel Island should pay the additional VAT 20%.

2.

The customer should provide the proof of identity and proof of address in Original or Certified True Copy for our due diligence purpose.

3.

The fee is counted as per filing of documents.

4.

Our Company only prepare, submit the documents that those information provided by applicant and collect the filed documents. If the application is rejected by government, we will no any responsibility to make refund or compensation.

5.

The due diligence should be done by us.  If the customer cannot pass the sanctions list of the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United Nations, the individual or legal entity will not be able to apply for our company's services.

6.

The "Day" means "Working Day" and start from the next working day of Applicant Day, it is not including Saturday, Sunday, Great Britain Bank Holidays and Bad Weather Working Suspension Day issue by England Government.  All working hour does not including the Transportation of Documents.  All of the Documents should use Courier to delivery.  For the Registered Mail will be delivery to outside of United Kingdom.

7.
