Delay Repay Compensation

We understand that your document needs to be completed on time.  If we cannot complete it within the target time, we will provide the delay repay compensation.

Delay occurs in preparation out of the target time

 
 

Delay 1 to 3 working days, the compensation is 50% of the actual payment value

Delay 4 to 5 working days, the compensation is 100% of the actual payment value

Delay 6 to 8 working days, the compensation is 150% of the actual payment value

Delay more than 9 working days, the compensation is 200% of the actual payment value

Delay 1 to 3 working days, the compensation is 50% of the actual payment value

On every 4pm or later of working day,

On day 1 to day 3 of Lunar New Year, 23 December to 24 December, 27 December to 28 December as the Northern Ireland office holidays

On every 4pm or later of working day,

Every Saturdays and Sundays

The local government block the entries of post code BT1 - BT18 more than 30 minutes, and will classify as whole day

The electricity breakdown by Northern Ireland Electricity more than 30 minutes, and will classify as whole day

Official pickets of Northern Ireland Railway Limited / Citybus Limited / Ulsterbus Limited more than 30 minutes, and will classify as whole day

There is no any delay repay compensation for the following condition:

The free product / service or discount product / service
