Special note to customer

 
 

The customer should complete the VAT return within 30 days from the ended of the quarter

The late penalty £100 will be needed to pay when you are late filing

The customer who are insists on not making any VAT return filing, the HMRC may be closed their account.  The customer may hard to apply the following UK or Europe VAT account in future.

 
     
     
 

SERVICE NOTE AND REMARK

 
 

1.

The currency is in Sterling. The VAT rates 20% is not included and applied for all conditions of customers.

2.

The customer should provide the proof of identity and proof of address in Original or Certified True Copy for our due diligence purpose.

3.

The payment is only accepted for Direct Debit.  For the other payment method (for example by Card, Bank Transfer, Cash deposit) is not accepted.

4.

The "Day" means "Working Day" and start from the next working day of Applicant Day, it is not including Saturday, Sunday, Great Britain Bank Holidays and Bad Weather Working Suspension Day issue by England Government.  All working hour does not including the Transportation of Documents.  All of the Documents should use Courier to delivery.  For the Registered Mail will be delivery to outside of United Kingdom.

5.

Unless the application reject by us, the fee will not be refund when the HMRC reject because the problem status cause by the Director(s) or Shareholder(s).

6.

The due diligence should be done by us.  If the customer cannot pass the sanctions list of the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United Nations, the individual or legal entity will not be able to apply for our company's services.

7.

Our Company only prepare, submit the documents that those information provided by applicant and collect the filed documents. If the application is rejected by government, we will no any responsibility to make refund or compensation.

8.

The fee schedule start from 22 April 2024, there will not be notified when any changes.
