Special note to customer

 
 

Customer should know:

The company should be able to pay its debts

All employee salaries have been paid

All of the HMRC and local council payment and debts are settled

Closed the account of Payroll and Pension

Closed the bank account

More than 85% or above of the shareholding agree to strike-off the company

 
     
     
 

Delay or stop the strike-off action

 
 

Most of the following situations will delay or stop the strike-off application:

Any one objection (the strike-off would be auto delay for half year and customer response in general practice)

Any outstanding of Companies House documents (mainly is Confirmation Statement and Account Report)

All of the HMRC and local council payment and debts are settled

Involving industrial casualties with pending verdicts

Any order of the Magistrate's Office

Involving company bankruptcy or liquidation

 
     
     
 

SERVICE NOTE AND REMARK

 
 

1.

The currency is in Sterling. Any one of director who are the residence in Northern Ireland, Great Britain, Isle of Man and Channel Island should pay the additional VAT 20%.

2.

The customer should provide the proof of identity and proof of address in Original or Certified True Copy for our due diligence purpose.

3.

Unless the application reject by us, the fee will not be refund when the Companies House reject because the problem status cause by the Director(s) or Shareholder(s).

4.

The customer should remind for the Confirmation Statement and Tax Return, this package is not included.

5.

The free virtual office service is "Full Plan".  If the company cannot be strike off within three months, including the failure to strike off due to objections by other stakeholders, the customer needs to pay the normal annual fee for renewal.

6.

The due diligence should be done by us.  If the customer cannot pass the sanctions list of the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United Nations, the individual or legal entity will not be able to apply for our company's services.

7.

The "Day" means "Working Day" and start from the next working day of Applicant Day, it is not including Saturday, Sunday, Great Britain Bank Holidays and Bad Weather Working Suspension Day issue by England Government.  All working hour does not including the Transportation of Documents.  All of the Documents should use Courier to delivery.  For the Registered Mail will be delivery to outside of United Kingdom.

8.

Our Company only prepare, submit the documents that those information provided by applicant and collect the filed documents. If the application is rejected by government, we will no any responsibility to make refund or compensation.

9.

The fee schedule start from 22 April 2024, there will not be notified when any changes.
