reject by us, the fee
will not be refund when
the Companies House
reject because the
problem status cause by
the Director(s) or
Shareholder(s). |

payment of deposit
refund should only to
the Company or Director
of the Bank Account of
Company or Personal
register in United
Kingdom. The letter of authorisation should be
present when payment to
Personal Bank Account. |

Since the United

terminated the mandatory
use of seals (also known
as Company Stamp /
Company Chop) in
commercial documents and
official documents, we
will not provide the
relevant seals. If
client have related
business needs, they can
place an order with us
for a fee of £ 48. |

will not accept the
