Please provide the following information when make register to us and help us to identify yourself. These step are also applied for the identify information update.

Why we need to collect the documents?

Regards the law requirement, we need to collect your personal particulars for the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations and Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023. Even though our Company will not involve your money, it still needs to perform relevant mandatory identification services. All documents must in English.

Verify your person's identity

The person being verified will need to provide 2 identity documents in total and 1 address proof.

They must provide at least one photographic document.

They can provide either:
- 2 documents from Group A and 1 document from Group C
- 1 document from Group A, 1 document from Group B and 1 document from Group C

Attention: If you provide a Group B Bank statement as the "Additional for Proof of Identity", it will not be considered and accepted as Group C document.

A: Proof of Identity

	Valid Passport or Irish Passport Card
	An identity card with biometric information from the EU, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein
	A UK biometric residence permit (BRP) - these can be up to 18 months expired
	A UK biometric residence card (BRC)
	A UK accredited PASS card
	A UK or EU driver digital tachograph card
	A UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or EU photocard driving licence (full or provisional)
	A UK HM Forces ID Card
	A UK HM Armed Forces Veteran Card
	A UK Frontier Worker permit
	A photographic work permit (issued by Government)
	A photographic immigration document
	A photographic visa
	A UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man firearms licence
	Another type of photographic ID listed on PRADO - such as a Driver Licence issued by China (People's Republic), National Identity Card issued by Pakistan, crew member certificate issued by South Africa, or Permanent Resident Card issued by USA

B: Additional for Proof of Identity

	Birth or adoption certificate
	Marriage or civil partnership certificate
	Non-photographic immigration document
	Non-photographic visa
	Non-photographic work permit
	Bank or building society statement (validity period is three months from the date of issue)
	UK local authority or social housing rental agreement - this must be for the person's current address
	Mortgage statement - this must be for the person's current address (validity period is three months from the date of issue)
	UK council tax statement - this must be for the person's current address (validity period is three months from the date of issue)
	Utility bill - this must be for the person's current address (validity period is three months from the date of issue)

C: Proof of Address

	Utility bill (gas / electric / water / landline telephone) (mobile network bill not accepted) *
	Bank or building society statement
	UK local authority or social housing rent payment book for the property the customer resides at
	Mortgage statement
	Benefit letter from the Department for Work and Pensions (Great Britain) / Jobcentre Plus (Great Britain) / Veterans (whole UK) / Jobs and Benefits (Northern Ireland) / Employment and Support Allowance Centre (Northern Ireland) (get the document online)
	* Accept online bills

	Teacher or Lecturer registered in United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland

	The fee for certify should bear by customer. Please supply the certified true copy, payment receipt and scan or mail to the Belfast office.
